Grants for Young Researchers
The Executive Board of AIDA always award ten grants for young researchers, each amounting to €300, for covering some of the expenses of attending AIDA conferences.
Candidates can only apply for a grant after receiving the acceptance notification for their abstracts from the Organizing Committee of the respective AIDA conference.
The grant request will be addressed to the General Secretary of AIDA, Bettina Leitner, bettina.leitner@univie.ac.at using the Application Form.
Current call (AIDA 16):
Deadline for submitting the application: 28 February 2026.
Applicants will be informed whether they will receive a grant before 31 March 2026.
The grants will be paid out in cash during the conference by AIDA’s treasurer, Simone Bettega.
